Cruide Oil Price Below than USD40 per barrel..

Today's crude oil price are USD39.88.. The lowest price in last 4 years..

So, just waiting for another decrease..hehe. On simple calculation, we shoul get :-

USD39.88 X RM3.66 ( currency ) = RM 146 per barrel.

1 barrel = 156 litre..

Thats mean, RM146 / 156 litre is equally to RM 0.94 per liter..Oh my god... The goverment still steal from us..hahaha...Think about it..If subsidies were comply, at what price we should get??..Remember, Malaysian Gov policies for fuel subsidies is RM0.30 per litre for every civilians..

Just wait, what our's gov can do...Just hoping...

Denial syndroms

Nowaday, every singles news had denied that Malaysia could be in recession next year. In paper,magazine,tv and all kind of media in gov's side had deny about financial/economies trouble in next several years. Some statement had mentioned that our foundation are stable. Our reserve fund is sufficient to kop that global recession next year.. Do you believe that???

Maybe once, goverment or minister can release some statement to calm down the citizens. But now,each person had concern about economy/financial, why should had them denial of this reality.It's rensposibily to tell the truth...!!

With all comodities index has falling down, this is terrible for certain people those applied that sector. Rubber price plunge worst to 80% in quarted year, palm oil industries also in big trouble include others like 'koko' and else.

For information, MALAYSIA trade portion with United State (USA) is probably 40% of shares. For surely this part can be effected with US new trade policies.As we known, US are in deep trouble now in economies. With influented with 'credit crunch' crisis in couples of month ago. The US gov had cancelled all LO from US GLC to keep value of money in their country. That mean, no more exporter can penetrated US country right now or soon.Electronic,electric and automotive sector are seriously in big risk.

The reality is the whole world is in recession. We just wait to see what our gov can do. If the politician interfere in this matter to save their cronies and 'perut', for surely all of us are risk in deep trouble soon. Actually, for while BN is still authorised in this lovely MALAYSIA, as while their steal the national treasure. The largest public properties pirate!! BN!! So that they need a Denial Syndrom. For us,we just need once to denied them all. PRU 13!!

Fuel price had fall another 10 sen a litre.

Malaysia has reduce the prices of petrol and diesel by 10 sen a litre again from last's midnight.

The new prices for RON97 petrol is RM1.80 a litre, RON92 and diesel RM1.70 a litre.

Current crude oil’s price is $44/barrel. Despite of this happy news, 2 day ago Indonesian Goverment has also reducing their fuel price too.But their price falling down into RM1.60 from RM1.80 a litre for petrol and RM1.53 from RM1.70 for diesel. See that, its still cheeper than our's.

So, once again Malasian Goverment had manipulate the situation to win the heart of civilians.. Still what a shame..!!However,syukran..

Dilemma....

I'm in dilemma right now. For surely everybody has felt this before. So am i...

I'm decide to leave a great company in making,where is I spending over 6 years after graduation.The first ever place to introduce me into jobworld.The company that i felt like my own,I gave all contribute as per i can, surely i love this company. The place where i learn more about dicipline, independable,self-motivated,inovation,patience,honest,truth and the greatest is I've got more in Islamic Principal. The truth way of life. Also at here I meet my wife.. :-)

I make a decision to move on,to take a new challenge in new carier.To redevelope my self into good attractive person.And for surely, a kind of different perspective from my current job. I'm turn around to catch-up my basis..Technical ground..Not because I cannot contribute in corporat level,but just feel that i want to start a new things.Take up the challege for part of life,its normal,right?..

So,I write down here to shown that this is a tought decision. But after all consideration I've made,it's a time.No deal anymore,just looking foward waiting for big renponsbility in a new career.Of course needed more self-motivated to face it.Risky, but remember in investment rule..The higher risk we could take,higher return is waiting for us but the journey is not become easy.

I dont know that I should write this article or not.Afraid that it can effected to another person.However here is my blog..Dont mad at me yaa..So,right here i want to apologise to everybody if my decision has turn down the morale to all of my jobmates. For my staff, keep your performance and please improve more althought without me soon.For my friend,keep up your hardworking. Thighten your focus and self-believe..
To management,focus your target and hopefully this company should gain a succes one day soon.Please forgive me, I'm not leaving because of financial situation or anticipation that our company facing on,but totally about changing my career.Just to complete my vision that i had plan early of this year before.So,once again please forgive me and hopefully will good fortune to all of you.

History of Noni

Thousands of years ago, ancestors of the Polynesian people migrated from the South East Asia, to the Pacific islands, which include a Hawaii, and Tahiti Island. They brought with them the most essential items, which were necessary for their new civilization, among them, a plant that they considered sacred because of its healing power; the plant is now called Morinda Citrifolia or Noni. It is South East Asia where Noni originates but its scientific discovery was pioneered in Hawaii, USA.

Noni in traditional medicine

In traditional plant-based medicine, the fruit, flower, leaves, bark and root of morinda citrifolia have all been employed for diverse medicinal purposes. In Polynesia, noni leaves have a long history of topical use in poultices and mixed with oil, for the treatment of rheumatic pain, inflammation, neuralgia, ulcers, gout, cough and cold, boils and ringworm. The fruit too was prepared for topical use, sometimes juiced and mixed with salt or sliced and applied to boils. In Hawaii, noni fruit was crushed and mixed with other plants including awapuhi (Zingiber zerumbet) and awa (Piper methysticum), and applied to bruises, sprains and swollen limbs. The leaves of the tree were mashed with other plants and applied to deep wounds.

In traditional medicine, noni fruit was used relatively little compared with other parts of the plant. But it was used. In Hawaii, a digestive was made combining crushed noni fruit with cane juice. The fruit was also part of formulas for cleansing, which also included taro, cane juice and other plants. By the 1930’s noni fruit was used more widely for internal purposes, including intestinal worms, weakness and respiratory disorders. Since that time the juice of the ripe fruit has become increasingly popular as a folk remedy purported to stabilize blood sugar in cases of adult diabetes.

Investment Account....Did you have it??

Yesterday on news, PNB president and chief executive Tan Sri Hamad Kama Piah Che Othman said PNB is confident of paying 7% to 8% to ASB and ASN investors by end of this year. Official announcement will be made by end of this month.

Exciting news for ASB investor,right?With previous year performance they gave dividend for 8% + 1% bonus,for surely the return is more profitable then saving,fix deposit or Tabung Haji.But this news for me is meaningless,unfortunetely i dont have any account with PNB(ASB Fund Management).But i will not regret about it.For several year i found that ASB fund was not approved by Syariah Comitee,why must I trapped into it."Syubhah" is still a sin,right.

Fuel price reducing another 10 sen per litre.

Nothing to post today,just want to shown that i was felt happy for that.Yesterday fuel price had became RM1.90 per liter.No wonder,but still happy to heard about that.For information,by the current oil price per barrel (arround USD45-50),we should get RM1.40 - RM1.50 per liter actually.Still thinking that when we can get the right price.!!hehe..For now,we're paying a subsidies to goverment.What the he**...Should be goverment coup that rensposibilities.What a shame...

So,today my car fuel tank just nedded RM85-90 to full.Decrease arround RM60 during fuel price at RM2.70 per liter..What a save yaa..And so stupid decision from goverment to decide increased the fuel price mid year ago..bla bla2...Ok hopefully the consumer stuff are going down too,reflection from fuel price adjustment.And we just waiting what are the reason more from the seller..

So,everybody can go for vacation now..hehe,and dont forget to cater a food from home.So expensive now to take meal outside..And if want to cut cost more,take a flight..Booking now!!hehe..I already had made it...hoaaa,so exited to made first time to take a flight..but still soon lah,i'm booking for MARCH 09 trip.Aniversary present for my wife..hehe..

Financial Freedom.

FINANCIAL....Today, I would like to write about this.Financial is the most probably important part in our current live. Althought in Islam, itself has a own topic.It's called 'Muamalat'.Everything in this current world incriminate of financial matter.And with this matter also cause so lot of people in trouble.People possiblity of meeting danger or suffering harm when they need to handle financial.This is mandatory for us,not routine or option.We must learn about this financial,despite we had a small or massive earning.

The earning,expenses,investment,saving,term loan,credit card,personel loan,PTPTN,MARA,AHLONG and many more as part of this game.As who failed to manage their financial will cause him/her into deep trouble.And every part of it connected systematically with worldwide economy.Currently the whole world linked into capitalist system.The stability of dollar,currency,mortgage,price of oil,comodity,future trading,shares,unit trust and many more.Since the last era of gold usage as currency has not practically anymore,this capitalis had conquered all of the economy system.With the value of gold is totally depended of a piece of paper that we call it money.

An expectation by economist in Islamic and also in Capitalist in early of this year 2008.This capitalist economy will corrupted,and it's proven lately.'Credit crunch' had happen in west country.Property value plunge in single of week.The bankrupcy of organization is anywhere.Worstly,a man are losing their job.So,how about their family,children,house,car,debt and importantly,how do they can survive.This is the worse of "RIBA'.Only who applied principal of Islamic Financial who can survive.Certainly the effect of this will infectious in our country soon.Either BNM Gavenour had issue the statement that Malaysia has not in recession.How could if currently world is in recession,but Malaysia are not.Maybe not now,but soon who knows.

With the fuel price going down plungely,maybe we as user feel happy about that.With RM2.00 per litre presently and maybe to fall a few cent at end of this year.But what is the matter with oil produce country,like Malaysia?Is that mean,the income from oil industries can go down streamly.With the most income of this country came from oil(PETRONAS).Just imagine that in couples of year soon.That is the risks that we must alert.Probably OPR has go down to 3.25 %,following by most financing group turn down their BLR to 6.5%.It still just a short term measure.It dosn't settle the financial if still think about financing,right?

The mean of financial freedom is mean that we not thinking anymore about financial.Did not want to know how many money in pocket or account,it settle.Dosn't care what we got,what we eat,what we wear,what car we has,how big is our house and manymore.If we only concern about struggle to get a better life after the end of day.To find a better place besides heaven,better place among other human.It's most importantly in our part actually.But how many people cares about this?Everyone just thinking to make a great earning,massive income,sellfish,harras others and dosn't concern it either 'Halal' or 'Haram' matter.

So,as a muslim guy,we must 100% strongly belived that the freedom of financial can be achieve with a help from Allah.Every earning that we earn,every wage/margin that we get,little part of it not belong to us.Remember that,we just keep the trust,its belong to others.Thats how we need Allah to help us.To thankfully whatever we got,and distribute a part of it.To providing this,a concern in religios is mostly the core.May Allah concern about us,when we do our part.Always believed that Allah giving help for who those remember to Allah and Islam principal.That's the only way that we can get a "FINANCIAL FREEDOM"..
